By using HomieAU, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must provide accurate details, protect account credentials, and be at least 16 years old to use HomieAU.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse HomieAU or post unlawful content.
- No false or misleading listing information.
- No harassment, impersonation, or abusive behavior.
- No attempts to bypass moderation, trust, or safety systems.
- No malicious software, automated scraping, or platform disruption.
4. Listings, Messages, and User Content
You retain ownership of your content, but grant HomieAU a license to host, display, and process it to operate services.
You are responsible for all listing and communication content submitted from your account.
5. Disclaimers and Liability Limits
HomieAU is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes for rental matching.
To the extent permitted by law, HomieAU is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, fraud risk, or safety concerns.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
